to get outside on your own during the cold months? Come with us, for a workout you
never knew could be so tough. Three times during the winter, we'll meet up for hill
repeats on our snowshoes and our fat bikes. We promise, your heart rate has never
ever been so pumping.
Our meeting spot will depend upon conditions. Participants will provide their own
equipment. Borrowed equipment is great, as long as you know how to use it.

Winter is long. Winter is dark. Sometimes, winter is sad. This winter, instead of gaining nine pounds and whimpering in a cold and drafty corner, let's try something totally new -- fresh air, and getting faster. A lot faster. Winter is the perfect season to build some serious speed, so join us for a 40 minute speed workout, and 20 minutes of plyometric strength training every Saturday morning. Run, sprint, jump squat, whine, jump rope, complain a little, and get a whole lot faster with 30 running buddies by your side. These workout are short, but intense. They're perfect for runners of every level. You'll be ready to hit the pavement flying this Spring!
When it's very, very, very, very, veryveryveryvery cold outside, we'll stay inside for a circuit/spin workout. Each week, there will be an option to stay in and spin, bike are first claimed, first served.
