Group workouts on the track and on the trail! Come train with Kennebec Valley Coaching this summer!
June 23rd - August 25th (no class July 21st)

This summer, KVCers will meet up every Saturday at 7am, for a workout that's specifically designed to improve your running. Some weeks we'll meet at Cony High School for a speed or hill workout, other weeks we'll meet on the trails for all kinds of adventurous fun.

Details of Saturday's workout will be posted every Friday on Facebook. We run at either the Cony Track or Viles Arboretum, the UMA Trails, Bond Brook Trails, or Cony Trails.

The easy running pace of our runners ranges from 8 minutes per mile to 14+ minutes per mile. We accommodate every level of runner--from beginners to experts. Men and women are all welcome to come and run. This group is especially great for our younger and newer runners, since we stay on small loop courses and no one can get lost.

If you're training for something that requires a little more mileage, that's great too. We have lots of runners who head right back out to tack on a little bit more.

Does it feel like too much for you? That's okay, too. We're happy to modify the workouts to suit YOU!

Only $59 for 8 weeks of training with a USATF and IRONMAN certified coach. 
$49 if you'd like to attend any 6 sessions.
$9 drop in fee.
