Looking to get back on track after a loooong holiday season? Ready to lose a few pounds, feel lighter and bouncier, and try something new? The KVC Pilates for the Body Challenge might be exactly what you're wishing for. 

Come join Michelle, and gain total body conditioning with mat Pilates exercises designed to enhance flexibility, balance and core strength while connecting the body and the mind. Basically, after this challenge, you'll be able to lift a car with nothing but a positive attitude and your glutes.  Each class will incorporate beginner to intermediate exercises for a refreshing yet challenging Pilates session. Be prepared to look and feel like a billion bucks.

The Pilates for the Body Challenge incorporates Michelle's Monday night class with twice weekly at home workouts, and a weekly nutritional challenge. You'll partner up for extra accountability, and get loads of bonus points for posting a creative photo of each week's bonus move. Each member of the winning team will get a 3-class punch card to Michelle's Monday night class.

​The online portion of the challenge will be conducted on a private Facebook group page. Class will be on Monday evenings from 5:30 until 6:15 at KVC, and will be designed to help you with that week's at home workouts.
