Half the work and twice the fun!

Come join the crew at Kennebec Valley Coaching as we train for the Moose Pond Half Marathon. Or, if a half marathon is just toooooo stinkin' long, this training group can help you prepare for the Moose Pond 5k, the Great Osprey 10k, or the Gasping Gobbler 5k.

This group is coached by Amy Lawson, certified USA Track & Field Running coach. She's run 9 marathons, and too many half marathons to remember.

Runners planning on the half, should be able to run 6 miles when class begins. Come, run, laugh, get medals.

The group meets on Saturday mornings at 7am from September 13th until November 22nd. The cost is $55 until August 31st, and $59 thereafter. Register here.
